Home health care allows you to get the care you need without leaving home. Services might include chronic illness management, skilled nursing, physical, occupational, or speech therapy, personal care and companionship, and more.

Yes, all our caregivers are certified by the respective authorities. Additionally, to be eligible to work for My Home Health, all caregivers must pass several interviews, background checks, competency exams, and personality tests. They regularly undergo routine in-house and on-the-job training.

Yes, we do have a written policy and procedure manual, and we take each employee through it on the very first day of employment.

Yes, our client’s satisfaction is what matters to us the most.

In case of the patient’s medical emergency, our onsite team is trained to raise immediate concerns to the family member, and an emergency alert for our backup team. We seek immediate consultation from our medical team and if required shift the patient to the hospital. However, an emergency hospitalization facility is an optional service and based on the scope of the service contract

Most of the services we provide, including companionship, personal care, and domestic duties, are considered non-medical services and therefore do not require a prescription. Under some circumstances, and only to perform medical services, we will need a physician’s prescription.

Yes. This service is primarily for the patients under our Elder Care Service. We also can arrange doctor visits at home with prior booking in advance. Charges are based on visit location and available doctor’s specialty.

Home Nursing service, Home diagnostics, Home Physiotherapy, Home Delivery of regular medicines, Dietician Service, Medical Equipment on a rent basis, and other associated homecare facilities.

Yes. In case the patient is needed to be shifted to hospital, our team will assist the whole procedure. We can pick up and admit patients by our ambulance.
